Reno's first Olympic Gold Medal winner, David Wise, got his start at Sky Tavern. While Sky Tavern didn't teach him the high flying moves of his winning runs, it did teach him a love for skiing, the sport and being active. We can do the same with mountain biking!
Thank you for helping Sky Tavern find the next David and just maybe get him started on the road to a podium! This matters because kids matter and kids need snow!
Safety, Sky Tavern's Top Agenda
Skiing and snowboarding involve risks that can be lessened greatly by following the rules of the sport. Teach the kids, teach yourself to follow The Code all the time, every time, on the slopes.
